Inizio (formerly LIFL) is a younger generations club, ages 21 to 39, established through Italian Sons and Daughters of America, a national 501(c)(8) not-for-profit that promotes Italian American culture and heritage. 

Inizio operates out of the Italian American Museum of Cleveland, which is located in the heart of the city’s Little Italy neighborhood.
